Why can’t I see the buy button?

There could be several reasons why you don’t see the buy button. You have not logged in to your account, the item is out of stock or is reserved for another customer group.

I have not received an order confirmation, what is the reason?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address that was entered at checkout in connection with placing the order.

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your spam folder. If your order confirmation is not in your junk mail, please contact our customer service support(at)etalon.se to ensure that the order went through at the time of purchase.

I forgot an item when I ordered, can I add it to my order?

Why can’t I proceed to checkout?

You probably missed filling in one of the boxes. Make sure you have selected whether the delivery address has port code, key fob or not.

Which methods can I choose to pay?

As we are wholesalers and only work with B2B, all our customers have an invoice as a payment option.

Which cards can I pay with?

It is not possible to pay with a card.  

When will I receive my delivery?

To track your delivery, you either log into your account or follow the link in the order confirmation that was sent to you when you placed the order.

To which countries do you deliver?

At the moment, we only ship within Sweden. Deliveries within Europe are made in exceptional cases.
